Compton is a city in southern Los Angeles County, California, situated south of 

downtown Los Angeles. Compton is a great place to live, work, and raise a family. Among the

provides public education for grades K-12. The district operates 24 elementary schools, eight 

middle schools, three high schools, and one adult school, which also serves as an alternative 

school. Compton has the perfect demographics for multifamily properties, with the students from 

the local college communities of nearby El Camino College, Compton Education Center and 

Reed Christian College.

Compton is surrounded by multiple freeways which provide access to the various

multifaceted transportation links lend justification to the city's familiar name of "the Hub City.
