Laguna College of Art and Design is its local college, but there are many others nearby including the University of California Irvine (about 10 miles) which have around 26,000 full time students enrolled.

Laguna Beach has many attractions, including the Heisler Park, where you can take a half-mile walk on the bluffs of Laguna Beach to see the spectacular Pacific Ocean. The Laguna Art Museum is one of the oldest museums in California featuring local art. For shopping go to the Boutique Shops on Forest Avenue where you can find jewelry, clothes, rare items, and furniture.

All of these features make Laguna Beach a great city to buy or sell multifamily investment rental properties such as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and larger commercial apartment buildings.
