Sherman Oaks also has many attractions, the most popular of which is the Sherman Oaks Galleria, a shopping mall and business center. It features an ArcLight Cinema, Cheesecake Factory, Fuddruckers, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, DSW, Urban Home, 24 Hour Fitness Sport, Burke Williams, Paul Mitchell Product Store, and a Warner Bros. Building. Also of note is the The Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park which has an auditorium, two lighted baseball diamonds, six unlighted baseball diamonds, lighted indoor basketball courts, lighted outdoor basketball courts, a children's play area, a 60 person community room, a lighted American football field, an indoor gymnasium without weights, picnic tables, a lighted soccer (football) field, and lighted tennis courts.


All of these features make Sherman Oaks a great city to buy or sell multifamily investment rental properties such as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and larger commercial apartment buildings. This vibrant, growing community has great attractions, a healthy work industry, and many renters. The density of the city and the desire for people to live here, make it an ideal location for multifamily living and the city does have great duplex, triplex, and fourplex properties.
